30 Day Manufacturer Defect Warranty

*Voiplink has changed our Limited Warranty as of 01-07-2008. If your purchase was before this date please contact a representative for information regarding your warranty.

Voiplink provides a 30 day manufacturer defect warranty. If you receive a product that is defective we send you the replacement so you don't have to hassle with the manufacturer.

Most manufacturers provide a 1 year or longer warranty for their products. If Voiplink's Limited Warranty has expired, the product may still be returnable directly to the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for information on manufacturer warranties.



Limited Warranty Return Process:

When we receive a warranty return product it must be put in line for testing by our engineers or sent to the manufacturer for testing. Testing times can vary depending on how many products are in line to be tested and the model being tested.

If the product is found to not be defective we will immediately begin processing the replacement. If the item is back ordered or has been discontinued by the manufacturer replacement processing make take more than one day.

The replacement product will be shipped to you via FedEx Ground from one of our regional warehouses.



Limited Warranty Conditions:

The customer must pay for and arrange shipping to Voiplink using a reputable carrier with online parcel tracking.

Warranty starts from the date product was delivered to you and last for the duration of the warranty.

The equipment must have been purchased from Voiplink and must be returned within the warranty period.

The warranty covers your initial purchase only.
