Voiplink purchased a large quantity of these phones in open box condition. The phones were staged (installed on a desk) but many of them were never actually used. In fact most of them still have the clear plastic film covering the LCD screen. They all still have the original manufacturers packaging and accessories and are generally in great condition. That being said some of them have minor signs of usage and come with older firmware. They are fully compatible with the latest firmware from Grandstream which can be downloaded free of charge here:

Product Description

The Grandstream GXP-2000 is a next generation enterprise IP telephone designed to handle the high demand of today's office environment.  The GXP-2000 uses innovative technologies such as advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and patent pending adaptive jitter buffer control to attain superb sound quality.  The phone is easy to configure via the keypad and web interface or can be personalized via a central configuration file for large scale deployments. The Grandstream GXP-2000 dramatically reduces the cost of converging voice and data networks when compared to other enterprise IP phone alternatives, yet it maintains the features and reliability necessary to excel in a high demand environment.

The Grandstream GXP2000 now supports a keypad expansion module (GXP-2000EXT) which adds an additional 56 keys.  The GXP-2000 IP phone will support up to two GXP-2000EXT for a total of 112 additional keys.
