Product Description
The Polycom 320 IP phone is the entry level offering if Polycom's newest voice over IP telephone models. It is a two line SIP phone that includes a single Ethernet port (RJ45). For an entry level phone, the Polycom 320 has the major business features required for a clerk phone. It includes a 102 x 33 pixel-graphical LCD display, full duplex speaker phone and has a very sturdy build. The phone can be powered by Polycom 24v Power Supply (purchased separately) or an IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) switch.
Delivers superb sound quality and enables noise and echo free conversations that are crisp and clear.
Zero touch provisioning from a variety of servers including: FTP, TFTP, HTTP, or HTTPS

The
Polycom 320 IP phone is designed to make installation,
configuration, and upgrades as simple and efficient as possible. The
phones’ standard base stand can be reversed to become a wall mount,
eliminating the need for a separate accessory. Built-in IEEE 802.3af
PoE circuitry enables flexible deployment options and savings on cabling
expenses. To ensure reliable, uninterrupted performance,
the phones support boot and call server redundancy.
Broad Interoperability
The Polycom 320 has been tested and certified to deliver comprehensive interoperability and extensive feature support with leading SIP-based call control platforms by BroadSoft, Sylantro, Interactive Intelligence/Vonexus, Digium, and other Polycom Technology and Interoperability Partners2. The phones also interoperate with Microsoft Live Communications Server (LCS) 2005 for telephony and presence. This broad interoperability offers Polycom customers a choice of supported standards-based call server solutions with which the phones can be deployed.
