Returning a Product to
Voiplink
3 Easy Steps
We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at
Voiplink. When you need to return a product to us, please follow the three steps
listed below to make sure your return is handled promptly and efficiently.
1. Review the applicable product warranty policy
If you purchased a
Guaranteed Replacement Warranty and are within your terms, your return is
automatically approved and you can proceed to step two. If your product is not
covered by a Guaranteed Replacement Warranty please review our 30 day limited
warranty policy below.
2. Create an online RMA for your item
Once you have determined that your product is eligible for return, you
will need to create an online RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number so we can identify it. We ask that all RMA's be
requested online for maximum efficiency.
3. Send the product to Voiplink
Once your RMA has been approved we will send you several emails. You will need to print out two of these emails and include them with your package(s). Please do not use the manufacturer packaging as the shipping container. It is necessary to double box your return to ensure safe delivery.
Return Shipping: VoIPLink prepays for return shipping by emailing a FedEx return shipping label after the return has been approved. For returns requiring more than one shipping container, multiple return shipping labels will be emailed. If the item(s) is defective, return shipping is paid for by VoIPLink. If the item(s) is new, $7.95 per return shipping label will be taken out of the refund. If the item(s) is new and to be exchanged for a different product, $7.95 per return shipping label will be taken out of the refund for the original order.
* International return shipments are not covered under the $7.95 return shipping program and must be prepaid by the customer.
