Voiplink Product Returns

*Voiplink has changed our return policy as of 01-07-2008. If your purchase was before this date please contact a representative for information regarding your return.

At Voiplink, we take pride in having a flexible and productive relationship with our customers, and this extends to our return policy as well.

When you shop with us, you may return most items we sell within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. This page contains the three policies that govern product returns, Defective Product Returns, Non-Defective Product Returns and Non-Returnable Products. Please read below for specific information regarding these policies.

To initiate a return, send an email to rma@voiplink.com with your order number, model number, serial number and the reason for return. Please be as detailed as possible as this will help us expedite your return. When we receive your email we will respond with the necessary information to send the product(s) back to our warehouse.


Defective Product Returns:
  • Defective products may be returned to Voiplink within 30 days from the day the order was delivered to you.
     
  • Products must be tested by our engineers or by the manufacturer before a refund or exchange is provided.
     
  • Products found to have a manufacturer defect will be refunded 100% of the purchase price or replaced with the same model.
     
  • Shipping charges are not refunded.
     
  • We do not pay for you to ship the product back to us, however we do pay for shipping a replacement product to you (FedEx Ground only).

  • If your product fails after 30 days of delivery, please contact the manufacturer directly. Most products include a 1 year or longer manufacturer warranty.

Non-Defective Product Returns:

  • Non defective products may be returned to Voiplink within 30 days from the day the order was delivered to you.

  • Non defective product returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee if the product is returned in new in box condition.

  • Please keep the product and manufacturers packaging in good condition. We will be forced to levy additional surcharges for products that are returned in used condition and/or have damage or missing packaging or accessories.
     
  • Shipping charges are not refunded.

Non-Returnable Products:

Under these circumstances products are not returnable to Voiplink:
 
  • Products that are damaged, defaced, missing parts or are otherwise not able to be refurbished. This applies to non-defective product returns only.
     
  • Products that are unusable because of software or firmware upgrades or because they have been password protected.

  • Software products, licenses and license keys.
     
  • Special order items ordered over the phone. The sales representative will inform the customer if it is a special order item and the customer will receive written notice before the order is processed.
     
  • Products that are not returned within 30 days of delivery.
