Sangoma's Advanced, Flexible Telecommunications (AFT) architecture is extremely flexible. Using the components below you can build, upgrade or replace Sangoma A200 and A400 series cards. Base cards provide PC motherboard connectivity and optional hardware echo cancellation. Additional REMORA cards are expansion cards that can be used to expand the port density of the device. Backplane connectors connect REMORA expansion cards to the base card. FXO and FXS modules provide analog connectivity to analog telephones lines, analog telephones and fax machines.

A200: 24 FXO + FXS Ports Max
A400: 48 FXO + FXS Ports Max
FXO: Analog telephone line connection - 1 call per port
FXS: Analog telephone or fax machine connection - 1 device per port
Standard PCI: Common PC motherboard connection
PCI Express: New PC motherboard connection (more bandwidth than standard PCI)
Hardware Echo Cancellation: Built in echo cancellation to ensure echo free calls
