Product Description

The VXI Passport 20V-CS is a VXI Passport 20V headset bundled with the necessary cord for use with Cisco IP Phones.

VXI's Passport 20V is a high quality, professional grade binaural headset solution for contact center use. Passport V headsets work with all VXI standard amplifiers and direct connect cords. Passport V headsets use the same impact-resistant plastic used in sports equipment to withstand the intensity of the 24/7 center. Durable construction means fewer repairs and less hassles.

Is my specific phone model compatible?

Yes! All Cisco IP phones are compatible with the headsets we sell. If your phone has a dedicated headset port (look on the back of phone) it is compatible with the standard cable. Because the vast majority of Cisco IP phones include a headset port Voiplink includes the standard cable by default in all of our shipments. If your phone is one of the few that does not have a dedicated headset port you will require a special cable to use the headset. If your phone does not have a dedicated headset port or if you are not sure, simply tell us the model number of your phone in the "comments" section of our order checkout page.
