The Grandstream GXP-2000 is a next generation enterprise IP telephone designed to handle the high demand of today's office environment.  The GXP-2000 uses innovative technologies such as
advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and patent pending adaptive jitter buffer control to attain superb sound quality.  The phone is easy to configure via the keypad and web interface or can be personalized via a central configuration file for large scale deployments. The Grandstream GXP-2000 dramatically reduces the cost of converging voice and data networks when compared to other enterprise IP phone alternatives, yet it maintains the features and reliability necessary to excel in a high demand environment.

The Grandstream GXP2000 now supports a keypad expansion module (GXP-2000EXT) which adds an additional 56 keys.  The GXP-2000 IP phone will support up to two GXP-2000EXT for a total of 112 additional keys. The GXP-2000EXT is ideal for use in a call center environment or a receptionist desk.
