What methods of payment does VoIPLINK accept?
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. Government issued IMPAC cards are also welcome.
Wire Transfer: We accept wire transfer for all orders. For orders under $1000.00 there is a $15.00 wire transfer fee. If you wish to pay via wire transfer you may select it as a payment option during your order.
Paypal: We accept PayPal if the order is under $5000.00 and is being shipped to a PayPal Verified shipping address in over 180 different countries. To pay for your order via PayPal, select it as the payment method in the shopping cart.
Purchase Order: Government and public educational institutions purchase orders are accepted. All purchase orders must be verified before shipment.

What is address verification?
Address verification is a precautionary measure VoIPLINK performs to protect your identity and deter fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy.
If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address in the record/memo field. We will then contact your bank to verify this information after you've placed an order. Please allow an extra day to verify any alternate ship-to address.
Tip: Your credit/debit card issuers toll free number is provided on the back of the credit card, call this number to add an alternate shipping address.
Both your billing and shipping addresses must be verified before an order will ship. If you encounter any trouble when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let the card issuer know that you are placing an online order and that the retailer must verify your shipping address before releasing the order to eliminate the possibility of fraud. Then, simply give us a call at 1-866-987-8647 to let us know and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order.
Orders with the same billing and shipping address are more likely to ship same-day.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
All orders shipped to a Californian address will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
All customers outside of California will NOT be charged any tax. Therefore, there is no need to fax or set up any reseller tax exemption form.
My company is a tax-exempt organization. How do I place an order with VoIPLINK that will have no tax applied?
Place your initial order online. After you have submitted the order, fax us at 314-787-1899 with your Government Tax Exempt permit and include the order confirmation number. This only must be done one time.
For California Resellers: Please place your first order as normal, fax your reseller permit to 314-787-1899 and if possible we will remove all tax from your order. If we are unable to remove your tax we will issue a refund check for the tax and include it with your shipment.
